This course is designed specifically for Agave Spirits Advisors who have completed the Level 3 course offered by the Agave Spirits Institute. Over the course of a week in Oaxaca, Master Candidate students will hone their fine spirits sommelier abilities and become masters of organoleptic analysis skills through daily double blind tasting laboratories; gaining profound understanding of Oaxaca and Mexico's mezcal-production regions and styles. With the unparalleled access to the master mezcaleros/as, microbiologists, producers, chefs and mixologists teaching the Master Diploma course, Candidates will enjoy an unforgettable experience in Oaxaca, concluding their experience by designing an original cocktail using the sensory techniques crucial to any agave spirits professional, and an everlasting and profound enrichment to seek lifelong scholastic agave spirits knowledge pursuit.

Upon successful completion of a theoretical (1), double blind deductive tasting (2), and formal service practical (3) examinations, students will be awarded the coveted diploma and title of Master of Agave Spirits at a graduation ceremony held in Oaxaca.
