ASI Courses in Tucson this April

This April, the Agave Spirits Institute returns to the Agave Heritage Festival in Tucson, Arizona. We will be teaching both our certified Level 1: Mezcal Specialist course AND the Level 2: Mezcal Sommelier course in-person, as part of the educational events during the festival. All students will receive their full study kit on the day of the course.
It will be held over four days from April 10th to April 13th, from 10:30am-3pm.

This course is designed for professionals and amateurs interested in developing their organoleptic analysis skills and gaining a deeper theoretical knowledge of the world of mezcal. Students are invited to awaken their olfactory abilities and become experts in everything there is to know about the Denomination of Origin Mezcal and its associated states.
Please note: Level 2: Mezcal Sommelier is open to anyone who has previously completed Level 1: Mezcal Specialist certification or as part of the course bundle across the 4 days, which will include the Level 1 examination on April 11th.
